Social Impact
Equity is at the core of our beliefs and we understand the social impact it has. As much influence as people of color have had on fashion, when highlighted, though seldom, it has primarily been as consumers. When in fact we are creatives and innovators with disruptive ideas that are trend setting.
Lack of originality has been commonplace in fashion, innovation has always been rare in the industry; it has been historically isolated and hardly ever associated with people of color. Beltbar and its founder is proof that innovation can be inclusive and fashion can be functional.
As a company not only do we advocate for representation and inclusion, we exemplify it. Our partnerships and relationships are built with entities that understand the importance of those values and as we continue to grow as an organization the individuals who take this journey with us will share them as well.
